High Office follows the mischievous life of Mayor Albert Dorsey as he attempts to run the City of Chesterdale from day-to-day. Albert unfortunately finds himself caught in one predicament after another as he deals with curent events and hot topics.

Prone to mistakes, Albert's unwitting staff is always there to help... Or make things worse...

In the pilot episode, Albert begins life as city councilman but soon learns elections are nearing. He yearns for bigger things - becoming the mayor so he sets out to accomplish just that and after a sudden death, he is propelled to the position of mayor pro tem but can he keep the position?
